第三方物流在我国刚刚起步，但发展非常迅速。由于在我国起步比较晚，存在规模小，服务功能单一，管理薄弱，信息化程度低，人才匮乏等一系列问题，使我国物流总体水平较低，与发达国家还存在一定差距。同时，第三方物流又面临着巨大的市场机会和国际环境，处于机会和挑战并存之中。本文分析了深圳市第三方物流的现状，存在问题，提出了相应的发展对策，以便有效的克服物流发展瓶颈的制约，促进深圳市第三方物流的现状业的迅速发展。
