麻醉药品、第一类精神药品的使用和管理中存在的问题与建议

摘要麻醉药品、第一类精神药品是临床上常用的一种特殊药品，具有极强的身体依赖性和精神依赖性，必须要加强严格管理，避免滥用现象或者流入非法渠道而危害社会。虽然国家和卫生部在2005年先后颁布了关于麻醉药品和精神类药品的管理条例和规定，但于这类药物安全使用也起到良好的推进作用，但是目前仍旧存在着一些不足之处。因此，需要对麻醉药品、第一类精神药品的管理和应用提出更加严格的要求，全面贯彻落实国家管理规定，以从根本上保证麻醉药品、第一类精神药品的安全使用和科学管理。该文在这里通过麻醉药品、第一类精神药品的使用和管理中存在的问题进行简单分析，并提出了相关建议，以对深入执行新规定提供帮助。关键词麻醉药品；第一类精神药品；使用；管理；问题；建议中图分类号R954文献标识码A文章编号16725654（2015）12（c）017803AbstractNarcoticdrugs，psychotropicdrugsofcategoryIiscli
