临床路径教学法在麻醉科住院医师规范化培
训中的应用

【摘要】目的:观察临床路径教学法在麻醉科住院医师规范化培训中应用,探讨其教学实践和培训效果。方法:选取2017年5月2019年5月在江苏省人民院麻醉科参加住院医师规范化培训学员68名,随机分为实验组(临床路径教学组)和对照组(传统临床教学组),每组34人。两组学员均在麻醉科培训2个月,培训结束后通过出科考试成绩和问卷调查评价教学效果。结果:实验组出科理论考试和临床操作考核成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P005)实验组学员学习积极性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P001)实验组学员的教学满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P001)。结论:临床路径教学法可有效提高麻醉科住院医师规范化培训的教学质量,提升培训学员的积极性和满意度。
