某屠宰场废水处理工艺设计
摘要
本设计是黑龙江省某屠宰场废水处理工艺设计，采用水解酸化SBR法处理，出水水质达到国家一级排放标准，废水处理后要求达到：CODCr≤80mgLBOD5≤30mgLSS≤60mgLpH6085植物油≤15mgLNH3N≤15mgL大肠杆菌≤5000个L。屠宰业是我国出口创汇和保障供给的支柱产业之一，屠宰废水来自牧畜、禽类、鱼类宰杀加工，是我国最大的有机污染源之一。而我国很多屠宰厂尚没设置废水处理装置或对排放的废水进行综合利用，因而污染物质尤其是高浓度的有机物给水环境造成了极大的污染，屠宰废水的污染已不容忽视。本设计就是针对某屠宰废水设计了一套工艺，水解酸化SBR法，该工艺处理完的水完全达到国家一级排放标准，而且处理成本低廉，管理方便的特点。关键字：屠宰废水；SBR反应器；国家标准
