入100ml1XTAE缓冲液（实际多于100ml，以免煮胶时蒸发升高凝胶浓度），锥形瓶加纸盖，摇匀，置微波炉中加热，直到凝胶溶液完全透亮，加入3ulge

核酸染料摇匀。
（3）倒入已插入梳子的胶槽（中孔梳子薄面朝下）冷却。
（4）1015分钟后将凝胶放入电泳槽中。
（5）用移液枪将PCR产物加到对应的胶孔中，每孔约7ul。
（6）再将Marker（DM5000）加入其中一孔，约4ul。
（7）开始电泳，本实验用恒压电泳，一般为180V，跑至大约2CM即可停止。
（8）将跑完的凝胶放入凝胶成像仪LAS3000进行成像分析，使用核酸染料GelGree
程序。
