1前言
BJ201加热炉是一种靠炉底或水冷金属梁的上升、前进、下降、后退的动作把料坯一步一步地移送前进的连续加热炉。广泛应用遍及石油、化工、冶金、机械、热处理、表面处理、建材、电子、材料、轻工、日化、制药等诸多行业领域。本次设计任务是设计步进梁加热炉的液压系统，采用普通液压阀，由于在以一个运动周期中，要求能适应不同的负载变化和钢坯运动速度，要通过控制系统的流量来满足这些要求。为了防止步进梁前移时产生的惯性，本系统采用了缓冲阀组成压力补偿回路，起到了缓冲作用。为了保证步进梁下降时平稳下降，在回路上采用了平衡阀，保证了其平稳下降。为了实现钢坯在出现故障的时候能够在任意位停止，系统加入了液压锁紧装，以免出现系统失控。
