诺基亚2100手机塑料外壳注塑模设计摘要
本毕业设计论文以阐述手机塑料外壳注射模设计过程为主线。该模具设计采用一模两腔的布置；双分型面分型；剪切浇口浇注形式；四导柱对称不等直径分布导向定位方式；使用推杆推出脱模机构；并采用了整体式型腔、型芯，使结构简化、可行；利用弹簧抽芯机构实现模具的侧向抽芯。最后结合模具的标准组合结构和标准零件的选用，完成了整套模具的装配。并对有关技术规范进行全面校核，确保所设计的模具能正确安装在所选的注射机上并应用于生产。关键词：手机外壳；一模两腔；双分型面；剪切浇口；四导柱；弹簧抽芯CAD
