11微电子技术的发展史微电子技术是19世纪末20世纪初开始发展起来的一门新兴技术它是随着集成电路尤其是随超大规模集成电路而发展起来的一门新的技术它包括系统电路设计器件物理工艺技术材料制备自动测试以及封装组装等一系列专门的技术是微电子学中各项工艺技术的总和可以说微电子技术是在电子电路和系统的超小型化和微型化过程中逐步形成和发展起来的其核心是集成电路即通过一定的加工工艺将晶体管二极管等有源器件和电阻电容等无源器件按照一定的电路互联采用微细加工工艺集成在一块半导体单晶片如硅和坤化镓上并封装在一个外壳内执行特定电路或系统功能与r
