f企业员工的绩效评估与员工激励
摘要：企业之间的竞争将日趋激烈。摘要随着社会主义市场经济的体制的不断完善和深化，如何应用科学方法，激励员工工作的积极性和主动性，提高工作效率，保证企业在激烈的市场竞争中获得生存和发展，从而全面提升企业的竞争力，这是企业走向市场化的一项重要的管理任务。因此，与之相适应的企业人力资源的绩效评估机制越来越被企业所重视，公平有效的绩效评估可以充分的发挥人力在资源利用中所扮演的关键角色，同时也能达到企业各项职能与资源的整合，促进共同的发展。本文在此背景下对企业员工的绩效评估和员工激励两者进行分析探究。首先从绩效和绩效评估的内涵出发，对此进行了介绍，并分析了绩效评估需要注意的地方及核心问题；然后分析了员工激励的意义，包括员工激励的内涵和其重要作用；接下来论述了绩效评估对员工激励的作用，包括评估的目的和产生的重要意义；最后重点阐述了绩效评估在员工激励中的作用，结合实际与理论，分析了绩效评估在员工激励中的具体实施。
