浅析ERP系统在服装连锁店中的实施
摘要：摘要：随着信息技术的发展和企业业务的深入，管理信息技术变得成熟起来。国内许多零售企业开始步入运用ERP软件来经营企业。然而我国的服装连锁专卖连锁店中ERP的发展还在初级阶段，ERP整体实施应用的效果并不理想。很多服装连锁店企业基本上还处在传统经营阶段。本文先分析实施ERP的可行性，再讨论了服装连锁店企业中实施ERP存在的问题和对策，最后怎样实施ERP进行了简单的分析。主要将从企业实施ERP所需的资金、管理基础、方案、企业文化、团体协作等方面来讨论怎样解决在服装连锁店企业中实施ERP中遇到的问题。文章最后用一个实例来分析ERP在服装连锁专卖企业中的应用。
