PDCA质量管理法在检验科医疗废物管理中的应用

摘要目的探讨PDCA质量管理法应用于检验科医疗废物管理中的作用，为临床应用提供依据。方法该院检验科于2015年1月开始实施PDCA质量管理法，构建院方、科室主任及工作人员三级监督质量控制体系，根据PDCA质量管理理论进行医疗废物管理，通过对检验科医疗废物管理进行调查，总结已存在问题、分析潜在问题，并制定针对性处理措施，在实际运行中不断反馈、总结，不断优化工作质量。并与2014年实施前的医疗废物管理情况进行比较。结果2014年（实施前），：包装袋正确使用率为813、医疗废物与生活垃圾分类正确率为647、按规定移交登记率为616、医疗废物暂时贮存规范率为554、及时运送率为711及规范处理率的667，显著低于2013年的941、934、947、931、922及963，差异有统计学意义（P关键词PDCA；检验科；医疗废物管理中图分类号R1973文献标识码A文章编号16725654（2016）06（b）012603AbstractObjectiveTostudytheeffectofPDCAqualityma
