本文是以兰石公司为例，进行该公司生产车间的系统布置设计改善。主要对兰石公司的各生产系统生产设备类型进行调研，对产品品种的调研，分析生产产品的物流量的基础上，运用SLP法进行企业总平面布置改善。本论文结合了企业拟搬迁的实际情况，经调查核实搬迁后的占地面积与现有厂房车间的面积大小一致。首先对各作业单位的相互关系进行分析，其中包括物流和非物流的相互关系，通过分析得出作业单位相互关系表，然后再根据相互关系表，得出作业单位的密切程度关系，依据作业单位的密切关系安排各作业单位间的位置，再绘制出作业单位位置相关图，最后将作业单位位置相关图与各个单位的实际面积结合起来，得到可行的备选方案，再采用加权因素对新方案与原始工厂布置方案进行评价择优，选出最佳方案。本次课题可以对公司搬迁后新建提供有力的帮助。
