的声誉，也给社会和患者都造成了危害，可以说，医疗风险越来越高。从理论上讲，医患之
间的矛盾实际上就是健康需求的无限性和医学能力的有限性之间的矛盾，它是永远存在的，
只能缓解，无法消除。
我国虽然在处理医疗纠纷方面有一定的经验，出台了很多的法律法规，也做了很多有益的尝试和探索，起到了一定的效果，但总的说来，医疗纠纷的解决途径仍处在摸索和试验阶段。多角度、全面审视造成我国目前医疗纠纷逐年上升的因果，是建设和谐医患关系的前提。解决医疗纠纷没有一劳永逸的办法，它需要政府、医疗机构、患者三方联动，从法律、体制方面着手，以预防为主，一是健全医药卫生体制、二是加强卫生立法，提升医患双方依法行医和依法就医的能力、三是提高医务人员的职业道德素质和服务质量、四是要加强医患沟通，构建和谐医患关系、五是做好与媒体的沟通，把握好舆论导向。而一旦发生医疗纠纷，可以采取仲裁、第三方调解的方式解决；尤其是仿照“交强险打实行强制性医疗责任保险理赔的方式，这样既保障了患者的经济权益，又减轻了医生的风险和医院的负担，避免了医患之间的直接冲突，大大改善了医生的执业环境，医疗纠纷也将得到极
大程度的减少，使医患关系朝着和谐健康的方向发展。
