中小企业货币资金管理存在的问题及对策
【摘要】中小企业在我国社会经济发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用，但也暴露出了一些问题，尤其是在会计核算中货币资金的管理，很多中小企业缺乏内部控制、管理者及财务人员素质不高等不利于企业发展的。对于这些问题我们可以采取相应的从建立货币资金内部控制制度、加强检查监督制度的执行力度、提高人员素质，全面贯彻新的会计制度等措施来不断规范中小企业的货币资金管理行为。
我国中小企业由于自身缺陷和外部环境因素的困扰，面临危机时时常表现出较为弱不禁风。如何加强中小企业货币资金的管理，是保证其健康、持续发展的关键。因此，本文将从货币资金管理的相关概念展开，主要讨论中小工业企业在货币资金管理存在的问题，并针对这些问题提出一些建议。【关键词】中小企业，货币资金管理，问题，对策
