摘
要
在企业单位以往的工资录入，计算、合计等需要通过大量的手工完成，数据量多，处理速度慢，耗费劳动力大，而且极易出错，导致工作效率低，造成人力物力的极大浪费。通过对此作认真细致的调查研究后，写作本论文目的在于在现行工资管理制度的基础上，建立科学的计算机工资管理系统数据库，用计算机工作代替以往大量的手工重复劳动以减轻工作人员的劳动量，提高工作效率，促进办公自动化，适应当今科学技术飞速发展的需要。本文主要叙述了人力资源信息系统工资管理模块的各个功能模块的分析、设计方案。工资管理模块主要是对企业员工的基本工资和福利待遇而设计的模块。其中初始设置是对工资三险一金比率的填写。工资录入是对工资的基本信息录入。工资汇总是对所有员工工资的基本信息的汇总。工资的查询分为按年月查询和部门查询。报表打印是按员工的编号、月份、年度进行搜索，生成员工工资表。该系统采用JSPSERVLET技术，以SQLSERVER数据库为基础，设计基本合理，功能比较完备，经过测试运行稳定，能够满足工作中的基本需要。关键词：人力资源信息系统，工资管理模块，JSPSERVLET
