摘要
本文结合唐钢冷轧薄板厂的相关资料，同时参考了多家现代冷轧厂的资料，设计了年产120万吨1700冷轧车间。设计内容包括选择轧钢机形式、确定布置形式、根据典型品种（厚度为10mm）进行压下规程设计和有关计算（力能参数计算、轧辊强度验算和电机能力验算等）。选择辅助设备（包括镀锌、彩涂线等）。主设备采用了酸轧联合机组，退火炉选择连续退火炉，轧机为板形调控灵敏CVC形式和HC轧机。
本设计力图设计出能生产高档家电板和汽车板的冷轧薄板厂，所采用的设备都是经参考相关资料对比后选取的最佳设备，以保证产品的质量和生产的顺利进行，从而实现优质、高产、低消耗、环保的目标。
设计附有车间平面图。
