杭州市民营医疗机构发展现状及对策研究摘要：近几年浙江省民营医疗机构的快速出现和发展推动了医疗市场的良好发展，但是民营医疗机构在发展过程中遇到诸多挑战体验了市场严峻的考验。因此，本文围绕对杭州市民营医疗机构的问卷调查发现的问题展开理论和现实的分析，文章首先从民营医疗机构具有的一般的交易特征和声誉机制出发，结合统计数据和问卷调查结果分析了杭州市民营医疗机构发展现状以及发展过程中主要存在的问题。本文重点分析了问卷调查结果中体现出的两大问题，一是通过KMRW声誉模型研究了民营医疗机构相比于公立医院的声誉壁垒和声誉治理问题，二是根据博弈论分析“红包”现象折射出的政府价格管制中存在的问题。最后本文提出相关的促进民营医疗机构良性发展的对策和建议。关键词：发展现状声誉壁垒声誉治理政府价格管制Curre
