儿科危重症监护病房护士压力源分析及应对措施

摘要目的针对儿科危重症监护病房护理人员的工作压力来源进行系统的总结和分析，并探究解决策略，以期提升护理工作的实际质量水平。方法随机择取该院儿科诊室危重病症监护病房的40名护理人员，作为研究对象，通过问卷调查的形式来调查他们面对的工作压力的来源，并在此基础之上进行分析，总结解决措施。结果在儿科诊室中工作于危重症监护的护理人员，其工作环境以及工作难度、自身技术水平等都会对工作压力造成加重作用，严重的会导致过重的心理压力，进而损害护理人员身心健康，不利于他们提升自身的工作水平，也不利于医院树立良好的社会形象。结论针对在医疗机构当中怎样调节工作于儿科的危重症监护室当中的护理人员在工作过程当中遇到的各种工作压力，应该对其压力来源进行总结和分析，重视护理人员的工作压力对其心理造成的影响，加强护理人员工作的环境，并且适当地强化职业技术水平的培训，提升其责任意识以及对于职业的归属感，强化自身专业技术水平，以便于提升工作质量，打造医院良好的企业形象。关键词儿科诊室；危重症监护病房；工作压力；应对手段；护士中图分类号R47文献标识码A文章编号16725654（2016）06（c）004003A
