我国证券公司经纪业务状况问题及其对策研究
摘要
随着证券市场的不断发展和监管环境的不断变化经纪业务发展面临着严峻的挑战竞争日益激烈。证券经纪业务客观环境的变化，使证券公司的盈利模式面临新的挑战。在这篇文章中，通过分析国内证券公司经纪业务的发展现状结合当前客观环境对我国证券公司经纪业务发展中面临的主要问题及原因进行分析对证券公司经纪业务的发展提出了相应的对策。为建立和完善我国证券经纪人制度，发展证券经纪业务提供了可供参考的方案这将有助于证券公司认清当前的形式，意识到经纪业务改革的重要性和紧迫性并且在实践中，对如何科学合理地开展自身的经纪业务具有现实指导意义。首先文中引用了金融证券业务管理知识和行为金融学相关理论，阐述了经纪业务和经纪人制度的涵义，接着分析了当前我国证券公司经纪业务的现状，根据国内证券公司经纪业务发展的现状，提出证券公司经纪业务面临盈利模式缺乏对证券市场周期性大幅波动的适应性，证券公司经纪业务同质化加剧了行业竞争，一线员工素质参差不齐难以提供差异化服务等一系列问题，并对这些问题进行分析。其次，重点对国内外证券经纪业务典型模式进行了对比分析通过比较分析指出，国外先进的经纪业务模式，将对如何建立完善的证券经纪人制度和健康有序发展经纪业务提供参考和借鉴。最后有针对性地提出了我国证券经纪业务发展的对策包括推行经纪人制度、完善客户服务体系；大力发展非现场交易、降低运营成本；整合公司内部资源提高资源利用效率等。关键词：经纪业务；经纪人制度；存在问题；国际比较；对策研究
