创业板上市公司财务指标对股票价格影响的实证研究
摘要：近年来，我国尤为重视资本市场的建设，重点关注中小企业、高新技术企业的发展，进而推动创业板市场的发展，投资者对创业板上市公司的股价关注度大大提高。本文以创业板上市公司为研究对象，选取2017年创业板市场经营最好的10个上市公司作为样本，以公司规模、偿债能力、营运能力、盈利能力发展能力等5方面，共计13个财务指标，展开实证分析，建立回归模型，掌握财务指标对股票价格的影响程度。最后基于模型分析结果总结问题，并提出解决对策。
