分级诊疗背景下大型公立医院门诊服务平台建设新思考

摘要分级诊疗制度在全国推行与实施后,大型公立医院的门诊需求将出现新的变化,普通门诊就诊人次会明显下降,门诊发展将受到影响。新形势下,大型公立医院需进一步明确门诊功能定位,利用“互联网医疗”发展契机,通过优化门诊设置结构、积极应用信息化技术、创新门诊管理与服务等举措,完成门诊服务重点转型,从而更好地发挥公益性作用,适应并推进分级诊疗。关键词分级诊疗;互联网医疗;大型公立医院;门诊服务中图分类号R1973文献标识码A文章编号16737210(2016)02(c)017405Newthi

随着《国务院办公厅关于推进分级诊疗制度建设的指导意见》(国办发〔2015〕70号)的正式出台,全国各地分级诊疗制度已逐渐建立。这一政策的推行一方面将优化医疗资源的配置和促进基本医疗卫生服务均等化,另一方面也将加剧医疗行业间的竞争。门诊患者的合理分流必然导致大型公立医院普通门诊量的下降,这一形势对大型公立医院的门诊发展提出了新的要求。在分级诊疗不断推进的时候正是“互联网医疗”迅速发展的时期,“互联网医疗”的空r
