设计背景
电梯是垂直运行的电梯通常可简称为电梯、倾斜方向运行的自动扶梯、倾斜或水平
方向运行的自动人行道的总称。伴随我国城镇化进程的加速，电梯已成为城镇居民生产、生活不可或缺的垂直交通工具，在提升公众的生产、生活效率与质量的同时，其安全工作也成为一项民生工程，其安全状况倍受公众与媒体关注。一安全形势总体平稳在电梯数量快速增加情况下，电梯事故稳中有降，保持了总体平稳的安全形势。从2005年开始，平均每年电梯事故起数在40起、死亡人数在30人左右。电梯万台事故率和万台死亡人数稳步下降，2010年电梯万台事故率026，万台死亡人数017，均小于特种设备平均水平，也小于锅炉压力容器等其他特种设备。二近年事故原因分类近年电梯事故中，违章操作引发的事故较为突出，事故中受到伤害的人员以普通乘客最多。●事故产生原因中，违章操作627，设备缺陷227，意外80，非法使用设备66。●事故中受伤害人员中普通乘客50，维护保养人员13，安装工人12，电梯操作人员4，其它包括保安等未经培训的人员21。三电梯数量快速增长截至2010年底，全r
