土木工程专业刘昊霖指导教师任荣摘要：本次毕业设计为招远金兴小区住宅楼设计，该楼为商业住宅。该毕业设计内容包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。此住宅楼为五层现浇混凝土框架结构，位于山东省烟台市招远市，抗震设防烈度为7度，总建筑面积约4000平方米。建筑设计部分，根据建筑的功能确定建筑的整体的初步布局，然后确定具体各部分的大小和尺寸。在结构设计中，首先根据建筑要求，地质条件，框架布局等确定构件方案，选取一榀框架进行计算，而后对恒载、活载及风荷载进行统计；然后采用D值法进行风荷载作用下的结构内力计算，分层法进行竖向荷载作用下的结构内力计算；再进行内力组合分析，找出最不利的内力组合，进行构件计算；最后，根据计算结果，按照构造要求，绘制结构施工图。通过设计，使得本建筑在满足要求的基础上，更体现出人性化的设计理念。关键词：住宅楼；钢筋混凝土框架结构；建筑设计；结构设计
