随着计算机技术的迅猛发展，I

et已经逐步走进人们的工作和生活。大学毕业生在网上找工作也就成为就业主要渠道之一。现在绝大多数企业都在网上发布招聘信息，来实现人员招聘。由于传统的人才市场招聘需要花费企业和求职者大量时间和金钱，并且去了人才市场也是在有限的时间内，了解有限家企业的招聘人员需求，因此效率很低。现在JSP技术拥有友好的操作界面，运行快速，而且运行不受限制，所以得到了很多编程爱好者的喜爱和肯定。因此本次设计我也采用了JSP技术的动态网站的设计。针对网络就业的基本情况及其当前业务状况，设计出新系统的基本模型，最后通过编写程序完成系统实施。整个项目是在Java环境下开发的，数据库是用SQLSERVER2005来实现的。采用典型的BS结构体系，网站服务器端采用Wi
dowsXP，JDK，Tomcat，客户端在Wi
dows982000XP环境下装有适当浏览器皆可。整个系统主要负责网上求职招聘。总体而言，网站还是具有一定实用性。关键词：BS；求职招聘；JSP；SQLSERVER2005
