摘要
汽车工业技术的发展对汽车的行驶平顺性,操纵稳定性的要求越来越高,汽车行驶平顺性又与悬架密切相关。因此,对悬架系统的设计具有一定的实际意义。本次设计主要研究轿车的前、后悬架系统的硬件选择设计。前悬架采用目前较流行的麦弗逊式独立悬架系统,后悬架采用多连杆式独立悬架。前、后悬架的减振器均采用双向作用式筒式减振器。根据给定的车型和悬架形式确定悬架的偏频,计算出悬架的刚度、静挠度和动挠度。并以此计算所选弹性元件的尺寸并且进行应力校核。通过阻尼系数和最大卸荷力确定了减振器的主要尺寸。最后进行了导向机构和横向稳定杆的设计。对该车悬架进行平顺性分析,在车轮和车身垂直方向上建立两自由度的平顺性分析模型,以此分析悬架参数对汽车平顺性的影响。这种较完善的轿车悬架系统尽管在实验室内已有应用,但在实际的轿车生产中应用的还不够多,因而可以说这次的设计为轿车的悬架系统设计的更新换代作出了一点微薄的贡献,这种悬架系统具有广阔的应用前景。关键词:悬架系统,独立悬架;平顺性;
