f摘要
为了推行科教兴国的重大战略，我国的新一轮基础教育课程改革也启动了。在新课改的大背景下，语文新课改呈现出崭新的面貌。在此过程中，无论是在哪个方面上，语文新课改都展现出与以往截然不同的理念，提出了更高层次的要求。然而，在实施过程中，改革往往并不尽如人意。本文阐述了目前我国新课改的基本理念以及在新课改下小学语文教学中存在的问题，并针对存在的问题进行分析，提出一些有效的解决对策。教师应明确新课程应重建的信念、内容，并深刻认识它与有效教学的关系，在此基础上真正实现有效教学。这对促进教师素质的提升、促进语文新课改向前发展都具有重要意义。
