摘
要
随着我国科学技术和社会经济的不断发展，人们对住宅的要求也越来越高，为了适应社会的这一需求，物业管理系统应用而生。本系统利用计算机与互联网的优势，采用ASPNET技术作为创建应用程序的方式，以C作为编程语言，采用SQLSERVER2005数据库作为后台数据库。论文首先论述了系统的开发背景，并对所用到的开发工具与关键技术做了简单的介绍。接着对系统的研究意义，研究现状及设计目标进行分析，通过对系统需求和可行性进行分析，确定了系统的功能模块，并画出相应的功能结构图、模块图和数据流图。最后在系统的设计与实现中，对系统的数据库和网页做了详细的设计。其中着重叙述了物业管理模块与用户之间的分析过程，并给出各模块的实现方法及部分源代码和系统关键技术的程序实现。经过系统调试运行后表明，系统可以满足用户的各项要求。
