红光照射对促进肛周脓肿术后创面愈合和缓解疼痛的效果观察

【摘要】目的：探讨红光照射治疗对肛周脓肿术后的创面愈合及缓解疼痛的效果观察。方法：选取2015年2月2016年3月在本院行切开引流手术治疗的肛周脓肿患者72例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组36例。对照组采用常规换药治疗、护理及健康宣教，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用红光照射治疗。比较两组患者术后24h、3d和7d的创面疼痛程度、水肿、渗液评分及愈合时间等指标。结果：治疗后，两组患者的治愈率和好转率比较，差异均无统计学意义（P005）。术后24h，两组患者的创面疼痛评分、创面水肿评分及创面渗液评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P005）；而在术后3d和术后7d，治疗组患者的创面疼痛评分、创面水肿评分及创面渗液评分均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P【关键词】红光照射；肛周脓肿术；创面愈合TheEffectObservatio
