要
随着改革开放的不断发展，计划经济已经转变为市场经济，在市场经济条件下，企业作为市场的主体，在经济活动中追求实现经济利润最大化的目标。长久以来，企业财务分析指标体系作为企业信息分析的重要资源，为企业决策者提供财务分析数据资料，做出科学的决策，把握正确的企业发展方向，实现经济效益最大化的目标，发挥了支撑和保障作用。营运能力是企业目标实现的基础，营运能力分析体系研究自然就显得尤为重要，但长期以来，企业营运能力分析没有得到应有的重视，企业营运能力分析体系建设存在一定的问题，本文就企业运营能力的分析体系涵义、作用、内容做了简单的阐述，对目前我国企业营运能力分析体系建设中存在的问题进行了思考，并提出解决这些问题的一些对策。关键词：企业营运能力；分析；问题；对策
