商业银行内部控制制度存在问题与对策探究摘要：随着经济大环境的良好发展，我国商业银行进入较快速的发展时期，业
务量及业务范围不断扩大，市场竞争也更加激烈。内部控制体系对商业银行的风险管理、公司治理、增强综合竞争力等方面有着重要作用，我国商业银行必须加强内部控制体系建设。本文研究以商业银行内部控制为研究对象，结合所学理论，联系我国商业银行内部控制实践情况，对该问题进行系统分析。首先，对商业银行内部控制的基本理论进程介绍，奠定全文研究理论基础；其次，对我国商业银行内部控制体系现状进行分析，找出当前我国商行内部控制体系中存在的问题；再次，分析导致我国商业银行内部控制不足的主要原因；最后，针对我国商行内部控制体系中存在的问题，提出具备一定可行性的促进商行内部控制体系建设发展完善的对策。关键词：商业银行内部控制体系问题对策
