本题目是折叠式自行车，休闲娱乐类自行车为主要设计对象，设计出可折叠式，动力由两个人共同提供，并且使用寿命长，容易维修，可在路面长时间行驶，安全性能高的自行车。对象多为亲子或者情侣，因此应达到省力，美观，可营造出温馨浪漫的气氛。
折叠式自行车在现今市场上依旧比较少见，其原因主要在于其市面已有结构设计部分不合理，使用的稳定性不高。，至此导致市面上多为折叠式自行车较为少见。此次课题设计，力求设计出优于市面原有的产品，完善折叠式自行车的缺点，真正意义上的让折叠式自行车推广出来。
