液压圆锥破碎机的设计
摘要：单缸液压圆锥破碎机这一类型的机械因为有比较合以及简单实用的设计，并且在破碎矿石的能力以及可靠性上的表现上都很出色。在破碎机的设计中，要几个关键的零部件需要着重的设计，关系着破碎机的精度以及破碎的能力。其中液压系统整个机械中相当于控制系统，通过液压推动活塞的运动，控制动锥的上升和下降。从而进一步的控制排矿的粒度。动锥是直接与矿石接触，进行碎矿的工作面，它的材料选择与角度的设计都关系到破碎机破碎矿石的能力。偏心轴套也是其中的一个关键部位，偏心套的作用就是实现动锥与轴的摆动，通过摆动工作。如果偏心套发生问题的，其他的部件都不能正常的运转。从而影响了整个机器的正常工作。设计破碎机的时候，要根据给定条件完成液压圆锥碎矿机的运动分析、机架和支承装置设计、工作机构设计、排矿口调整机构设计、液压控制系统设计等的确定，并对主要零件进行设计计算及强度分析。
