题目：基于智能短跑计时器的设计
摘要：近年来，我国体育事业蓬勃发展。随着全民健身运动的开展，在体育测试中摘要传统的手工计时往往难以满足比要求，裁判要求较高，人为性大，投入多，精度低，对大量数据的保存查阅困难。随着电子信息产业的不断发展单片机技术在各行各业中得到了广泛应用，单片机技术的不断成熟使自动计时技术在短跑项目中的应用变为现实。在短跑项目中采用电子计时的方法具有公正、准确、快捷高效等特征。智能短跑计时器是体育信息化的重要设备它实现了田径短跑比赛计时的自动化和智能化，解决了多年来田径短跑比赛人工计时难以解决的问题，使计时更简单、更方便、更精确、更高效。本文主要介绍了利用89S51单片机设计智能短跑计时器的硬件设计和软件设计，详细介绍了计时器系统的监测设备的硬件设计和利用中断、中断扩展以及定时器等软件技术实现计时器的功能，以及智能短跑计时器的使用方法和注意事项。
