护理干预在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患
者中的应用效果

摘要目的探护理干预在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年2月～2017年11月我院收治的62例AECOPD患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，每组各31例。对照组采用常规护理模式，观察组在常规护理基础上采用护理干预模式。比较两组患者护理前后的焦虑评分量表（SAS）与抑郁评分量表（SDS）评分、肺功能评价指标、护理总满意度及治疗依从性。结果护理后，两组患者的SAS、SDS评分均明显降低，且观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P
