摘要
双柱式汽车举升机是一种汽车修理和保养单位常用的举升设备，广泛应用于轿车等小型车的维修和保养。目前，全国生产汽车举升机的厂家较多，生产的举升机的形式也比较繁多，有双柱式举升机、四柱式举升机、剪式举升机、组合移动汽车式举升机等。本文较全面地介绍了举升机的分类，在确定了所要设计的举升机的方案之后，即针对举升机的结构及其特点要求进行了设计与说明。然后分析了液压式双柱汽车举升机主立柱的截面特性，并对主立柱的强度和刚度和托臂的强度进行了校核验算。同时对液压缸活塞杆强度也进行了验算，以保证所设计的举升机满足使用要求。关键词液压式，双柱举升机，机械结构设计，液压驱动，
