随着计算机、网络通讯、自动化技术的发展工厂及生产线的建设和改造正朝着自动化、网络化、信息化的方向发展。传送带是生产系统中的重要物料输送工具但现在仍有不少传送带采用功能单一的按钮式电气控制柜控制已不能满足现代生产线物料输送管理的需要。本课题以传送带为主要控制对象采用基于PLC的控制系统以及Wi
cc监控系统来构建新一代的传送带输送控制平台。借助可编程控制器S7200系列PLC强大的编程功能和Wi
cc组态软件完善的人机界面设计功能,本系统可以大幅度减轻了一线工人劳动强度和现场管理难度,加强了安全系数,体现了以人为本的原则,使生产和管理更趋规范化、科学化。本系统采用四节传送带电路,以PLC为控制核心,以Wi
