摘要
我国的电子政务是伴随着改革开放的脚步以及信息时代的到来发展起来的，目前它已逐步成为公务员办公的重要方式之一，尤其是随着我国加入WTO之后，电子政务将成为21世纪我国公务员办公的主要模式。促使公务员更好地适应在电子政务环境下办公是我国电子政务得以生存和发展的根本动因。本文首先介绍了推行电子政务后公务员办公情况变化的概况，其次采用图表、对比等方法对公务员在传统办公环境下与在电子政务环境下办公的特点进行比较，依次对公务员办公结构、业务流程、办公成本、与公众交流方式这四个方面的改变做出详细的分析，并得出了推行电子政务会极大地改变传统办公环境下的办公模式，摆脱传统办公环境的种种束缚，给公务员办公提供诸多便利这个观点。同时本文着重提出在电子政务环境下，公务员办公仍然面临着很大的挑战，并在此基础上提出了促进公务员适应在电子政务环境下办公的相应的对策。本文对相关部门更好地推行与发展电子政务有一定的参考价值，为公务员怎么更好地适应电子政务环境下的办公活动提供了依据。
