摘要
随着我国社会经济的发展、人口的增多以及人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对城市供水系统的建设、供水的可靠性、稳定性、经济性提出了更高的要求。而传统供水厂普遍采用的恒速泵加压供水方式存在效率较低、可靠性不高、自动化程度低等缺点,难以满足当前经济生活的需要。那么,利用先进的自动化技术、控制技术以及通讯技术,设计高性能、高节能、能适应不同领域的恒压供水系统成为必然趋势。
本文根据贵州省六盘水市水城县供水公司的供水系统设计实例,从系统设计、系统结构分析、控制方式以及变频调速后的节能效果等几个方面,介绍了变频调速技术在供水系统中的应用。该系统具有自动变频恒压运行、自动工频运行、远程手动控制和现场手动控制等多种模式。有效地解决了传统供水方式中存在的问题,并扩展了计算机和PLC之间进行通信的功能,完成了上、下位机的通信设置,可以通过通信模块实现对供水系统的远程监控和故障报警,增强了系统的可靠性,提升了系统的总体性能。(全套资料请联系QQ397679637)
