摘要
金融监管体系，又称监督体系，近年来，金融法规的建设、金融监管机构的调整、监管队伍的部署、监管手段的开发，都表明我国的金融监管能力得到了很大提高，但我国的金融监管体制还存在着监管机构协调性、差监管的有效性不强、监管法律体系不完善等诸多问题，因此我国必须对金融机构进行全过程多方位监管、改进监管方式提升监管效率、加强金融队伍建设完善金融监管人员素质体系、加强当前各金融监管当局的协调配合防止监管真空或重复监管、加强金融立法建设，按照WTO金融规则，完善金融监管法制体系。
