摘要
蜗杆减速器箱体零件是减速器箱体的一种。它把减速器箱体中的轴和齿轮等有关零件和机构联接为一整体，使这些零件和机构保持正确的相对位置，以便其上各个机构和零件能正确、协调一致地工作，减速器箱体的加工质量直接影响减速器的装配质量，进而影响机器的使用性能和寿命。本课题要完成的内容有：（1）蜗杆减速器箱体的加工工艺设计根据给定的生产纲领60000台年和零件的结构特点及加工精度要求，制定工艺方案，进行工艺计算，绘制并填写加工工艺综合卡。（2）钻孔专用夹具设计根据该孔系的尺寸精度和位置精度的要求，确定定位基准和定位方式，设计夹紧机构、导向机构、绘制夹具总装图，并拆画夹具的主要零件图。关键词：工艺；减速器；专用夹具
