关于拓展我国商业银行表外业务的思考

摘要八十年代以来西方商业银行将表外业务作为发展重点，使表外业务得到迅速发展，目前西方商业银行的表外业务收入已大体与表内业务收入持平，有的甚至超过了表内业务的收入。表外业务在现代商业银行业务结构中的地位日趋重要和显著，商业银行经营表外已经和经营国际化、资本证券化一起成为国际金融业发展的三大趋势。为了适应国际和国内金融市场日益激烈的竞争环境，提高综合竞争力，发展表外业务已经成为我国商业银行必然而现实的选择。与西方商业银行相比，我国商业银行的表外业务仍处于起步阶段。因此国内商业银行要谋求新发展契机必须大力发展表外业务，本文过对国内外商业银行表外业务的发展状况的对比，分析了我国商业银行目前表外业务发展滞后的原因，提出了我国商业银行表外业务的发展战略和业务拓展构想。
