摘要
企业在生产经营中面临着多种危机，并且无论哪种危机发生，都有可能给企业带来致命的打击。对于企业来说，危机管理迫在眉睫，它不再仅仅局限于处理突发性事件，而注重挖掘企业管理的深层次原因日渐成为企业管理必不可少的组成部分。那么，如何进行科学的危机管理呢法国管理学家费尧曾说过，“管理不是一个点，而是一条线，是相互联系的运动过程。”危机管理也是这样，它的过程是消除企业危机因素的系列活动。事实上，懂得应对危机与创造财富一样重要。企业危机一旦爆发，将会给企业带来灾难性的影响。航空企业更是如此，因此本文通过认识危机、解读现状、制定尽量完备的危机预处理方案三方面，阐释关于危机管理的一些理论。
