知柏地黄丸联合醋酸曲普瑞林治疗儿童中枢
性性早熟疗效分析

【摘要】目的：探讨对儿童中枢性性早熟患儿采用知柏地黄丸联合醋酸曲普瑞林治疗的疗效。方法：选择2015年3月至2017年1月我院就诊的中枢性性早熟CPP女童76例为研究对象。分为对照组40例采用醋酸曲普瑞林治疗，治疗组36例在对照组的基础上采用知柏地黄丸口服，连续治疗6个月。比较2组治疗后治疗组和对照组身高的标准差计数（HtSDS）、生长速度（cm6个月）、胰岛素样生长因子1（IGF1）、促卵泡生成素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）和雌二醇（E2）。结果：治疗组患者的性激素水平、生长参数均较对照组降低，其中治疗组生长速度、LH显著优于对照组患者，P
