摘要：随着互联网技术的发展，网络已渐渐融入到人们的日常生活中，计算机的广泛使用给我们的生活、学习、工作都带来了便捷。然而，伴随着中国信用体系的起步及迅速发展，作为国家新时代的中坚力量，大学生个人诚信体系的建设被提到了日程。因此，通过前台网页设计和后台数据库的建立来构建大学生个人诚信档案系统，以便于更好地建设、管理、使用高校大学生诚信档案，将其作为衡量大学生综合素质的一项指标。关键词：个人诚信档案系统；网页设计；数据库；综合素质
