根据建设部及天津市装饰工程的有关管理规定，结合渤龙天地的实际情况，为了加强室内装饰装修管理，依据建设部110号文件规定内容，为保证卡梅隆中国总部基地装修工程项目的人身财产安全，根据国家《中华人民共和国消防法》、《天津市消防管理条例》等有关法规的规定，就位于：天津滨海高新区滨海科技园渤龙大道889号渤龙天地商业街1号楼装修工程，特签订此消防安全协议书，甲乙双方达成如下协议：
一、消防与安全1严格遵守国家和天津市的消防、安全等各相关法规。自觉遵守《中华人民共和国消防法》及地方消防法规制定的消防安全管理规定。2主动学习并积极参加有关消防安全知识普及活动。掌握消防常识、消防器材的正确使用方法、初期火灾扑救方法、火场逃生技巧，熟记报警电话，对室内紧急报警按钮的位置了如指掌。3自觉爱护园区内的公共消防安全设施。发现私自动用消防设备设施现象，及时制止，并上报有关方面。4遵守安全用电、用气的有关规定，不超负荷使用电器，不私自乱接供配电线路及更改线路。5禁止在园区内任何地方存放烟花爆竹、炸药、雷管、剧毒品等易燃易爆或放射性危险物品。
