浅析资源节约型环境友好型社会的建设

我国资源消耗量大、能源浪费率高、环境污染问题严重，这些问题制约了国民经济的发展，在众多环境资源类问题面前，人口增长与资源之间的矛盾日益突出。作为贯彻科学发展观的战略部署中的重要内容，建设资源节约型环境友好型社会工作有益于统筹规划人与自然和谐关系、推动可持续发展任务，不仅可以起到加快现有国民经济发展模式转型的作用，更能从资源约束现状缓解、减轻环境压力方面，保障甚至提升经济增长的效率，如质量与效益。可以说，资源节约型环境友好型社会建设是实现节约与发展并存的首要任务。
本文将从资源节约型环境友好型社会概念的提出入手，对其内涵进行解释，并对其发展策略与建设工作措施等方面，结合已有实践经验提出若干建议，进一步明确建设资源节约型环境友好型社会的紧迫性与重要性，强化其对于促进我国经济平稳快速发展、有利于降低成本提高经济效益与国际竞争力、保障全面建设小康社会、构建和谐社会建设等方面的重要意义。同时，针对当前已出现的建设方案进行分析，对未来我国在建设资源节约型环境友好型社会工作的方向层面做若干阐述，细化到各个层面，提出帮助。
