胫骨高位截骨术和腓骨近端截骨术在治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效方面的Meta分析

摘要目的采用Meta分析的方法对临床上使用胫骨高位截骨和腓骨近端截骨治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的方案进行分析，并评价其各自临床效果，为治疗膝关节骨性关节炎提供新的理论依据。方法利用PubMed数据库、Cochra
eLibrary、CNKI、万方全文数据库等，检索2011～2016年国内、外发表的胫骨高位截骨和腓骨近端截骨治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的相关随机和半随机对照文献，应用RevMa
53对数据进行Meta分析。结果共纳入文献3篇，135例膝关节骨性关节炎患者，各研究结果间存在同质性（P071005），Meta分析结果显示胫骨高位截骨和腓骨近端截骨治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的优良率方面无明显临床效果差异OR059，95CI（019，191），P005。结论胫骨高位截骨和腓骨近端截骨治疗膝关节骨性关节炎进行术后随访，发现临床效果无明显差异。关键词胫骨高位截骨；腓骨近端截骨；膝关节骨性关节炎；Meta分析中图分类号R6843文献标识码B文章编号16739701（2017）27006504Metaa
