第三,完善企业社会责任信息沟通机制,促进员工对企业社会责任的感知。众多企业常常只注意对消费者、供应商和政府等外在利益相关者的信息引导,往往忽视了对内部员工的信息沟通与传播。企业社会责任行为影响员工组织认同和组织承诺的前提是员工对企业社会责任行为的充分感知。因此,企业在切实履行对各个利益相关者的责任的同时,还要加强对相关行为和活动的内部宣传,使员工真切体会和感知企业对利益相关者所作的贡献和责任,从而影响员工的组织承诺感和工作积极性。
