我的星期天和别人不一样，同学都是在玩游戏、打电动，我却是帮妈妈做事。
星期天上午，爸爸一大早就出门上班。妈妈先照料生病的奶奶，接着叫我和哥哥起床。在我完全清醒以前，妈妈已经像变魔术一样，准备了丰盛的早餐。妈妈拥有厨师证照，以前开过小吃店，为了照顾奶奶，才换成了在家做零工。所以，我和哥哥星期天都要帮妈妈做事情。
我们做的家庭零工是加工果农用来包水果的纸袋，妈妈先用裁缝机把纸袋两边都车缝起来，我和哥哥把纸袋卷起来，然后用美工刀割断缝线。工作的内容很简单，困难的是一天要做好几千个。我和哥哥通常会平分妈妈缝好的纸袋，不过，哥哥偶尔会耍赖丢给我做，自己偷偷跑去玩电脑。
每年过年后到清明节前，我都要帮妈妈做零工，不能和同学出去玩。不过只要过了这段时间，妈妈会奖励我们，带我们去姑姑家玩。更好的是，妈妈会存一些钱到我的银行卡，我打算存够钱去买一部电脑，以免老是和哥哥抢电脑玩。
