单相ACDC变换电路设计报告

简称APFC技术因能提高电力电子装
置网侧功率因数降低线路损耗节约能源减少电网谐波污染提高电网供电质量等优点在许多行业中得到广泛的应用。本系统采用有源功率因数校正(APFC)方法,对BOOST主电路拓扑结构的升压电路的输入电流进行控制,使其达到与输入电压同频且相位差接近于0,功率因数接近于1,从而实现高功率因数电源。系统采用UCC28019作为控制芯片,提高了电源的功率因数,具有良好的电压调整率和负载调整率,输入电流波形失真度小于1,功率因素大于098,效率接近于939,且采用MCU对整个系统进行监测,可测量输出功率、功率因数以及可设置输出电压等功能。系统在设计时从布局布线和滤波等方面消除电磁干扰,能够实现输出电压、电流、功率因数的测量及中文显示功能。关键词:APFC;ACDC转换;UCC28019;BOOST电路
